Warranty & Returns Policy
All new equipment provided by Felix Media Solutions (FMS) includes each manufacturer's full warranty from the date of purchase found on the customer invoice. FMS will assist with return logistics and may add any additional fees outside the manufacturers’ warranty such as shipping costs.
FMS supplies a 90-day workmanship warranty from the date of completion and sign off of all new installation systems. FMS can offer extended warranty’s, or a service level agreement which includes preventative maintenance agreements.
During the initial workmanship warranty period of 90 days, FMS will respond within one (1) business day of the initial service call during normal business hours of Monday through Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. with the exception of recognized federal holidays.
All additional or custom maintenance agreements purchased will supersede the basic or manufacturer warranty as stipulated in the agreement.
FMS guarantees the audio-visual system to be free of defects in materials and workmanship as designed for its intended purpose. This warranty does not cover equipment abuse, misuse or any electrical, temperature or humidity conditions affecting the system’s specifications, as well as any system alterations performed by unauthorized technicians.

Returns
All goods returned to Felix Media Solutions (FMS) require a return authorization number from FMS. All goods returned for reasons other than warranty or defect must be in original, undamaged, unopened condition and must include all accessories. All items must also have original packaging, documentation, and accessories. All items being returned will have a restocking fee. Please contact FMS customer service for any questions.
